  At Pushpa’s Fashion House, we commit ourselves to bringing you the finest, trendiest, and most budget-friendly ethnic wear. Every single item undergoes a strict quality check before it is packed and shipped to you.

  Because we work with handlooms, exclusive prints, and highly budget-friendly pricing models, our return and refund policies are structured as follows:

  1. Mandatary Package Opening Video Policy (No Video, No Claim)

  To protect both our boutique and our valued customers from rare transit damages or missing items, we strictly enforce a package-opening video policy.

  • You must record a continuous, unedited video starting before you open the courier package.

  • The video must clearly show the package’s outer label, tracking number, and all sides of the sealed bag/box.

  • The video must be continuous (no cuts, no pauses) while you open the package and inspect the item for any damage or wrong items.

  • If a valid unboxing video is not provided, we will not be able to process any requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

  2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  1. Damaged Item: The product has a significant manufacturing defect or physical damage upon arrival (verified via the opening video).

  2. Wrong Product Delivered: You received an item, color, or size entirely different from what you booked.

  What Is Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

   

  • Slight Color Variations: Digital screens and photography lighting can alter colors slightly. Minor shade differences do not qualify as a defect.

  • Minor Thread Issues: Small loose threads, minor print overlaps, or slight handloom weave variations are natural characteristics of ethnic garments (such as Assamese Gamcha and Manipuri Tussar Silk) and are not considered defects.

  • Size/Fit Issues: Please double-check our size charts or ask our team during bookings. We do not accept returns for personal fit preferences.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer returns if you simply change your mind after receiving the product.

  3. How to Raise a Return Request

  If your order meets the eligibility criteria above:

  1. Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your package.

  2. Reach out via WhatsApp or Call at 9874036410.

  3. Provide your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and attach the mandatory Unboxing Video.

  Once our team reviews and approves the video, we will guide you on the next steps for returning the item.

  4. Refund Process

  • Approved Returns: Once we receive the returned item back at our Kolkata hub and inspect it, we will process your refund.

  • Mode of Refund: The amount will be credited back via the original payment method (UPI / Bank Transfer) within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is due to an error on our part (wrong/damaged item), we will handle or reimburse the return shipping cost.

  5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility. Once a tracking number is generated and the package leaves Kolkata, the order cannot be cancelled or recalled.
