Cancellation, Refund and Returns Policy

At Pushpa Fashion House, every product is checked carefully before it is packed and dispatched. As we offer handloom, handcrafted and artisan-inspired garments, minor variations in colour, weave, texture and finishing may naturally occur.

Please read the following policy before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched and the shipment has been handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or call at 9874036410.

2. Returns and Exchanges

A return or exchange may be accepted in the following situations:

Damaged Product: The product arrives with significant physical damage or a verified manufacturing defect.

Wrong Product: You receive a product, colour or size different from the one ordered.

All return or exchange requests are subject to verification and approval.

3. Unboxing Video

We strongly recommend making a continuous, unedited video while opening your package.

The video should clearly show:

• The sealed package and shipping label
• The tracking number
• The package being opened
• The product and its condition immediately after opening

An unboxing video helps us verify claims relating to damage, missing items or incorrect products and may be requested during the review of a claim.

If you do not have an unboxing video, please still contact us promptly. We will review the matter based on the information and evidence available, subject to our policy and applicable law.

4. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following generally do not qualify for return or exchange:

Minor Colour Variations: Colours may appear slightly different due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings.

Natural Handloom or Handcrafted Variations: Minor weave irregularities, small variations in print, texture or loose threads may be characteristic of handcrafted and handloom products and are not necessarily defects.

Size or Fit: Please check the size information carefully before placing your order. We do not generally accept returns due to personal fit preferences or incorrect size selection.

Change of Mind: Returns are not generally accepted simply because you have changed your mind after receiving the product.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

5. How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order for issues relating to damage, incorrect products or other eligible concerns.

Please provide:

• Your Order ID
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs or videos of the product
• The unboxing video, where available

After reviewing your request, our team will inform you whether the request is approved and guide you through the next steps.

6. Refunds

For an approved return, the refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will generally be made to the original payment method, such as UPI or bank transfer, within 5–7 business days after completion of the return process.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Where the issue is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong or damaged product, we will assist with the applicable return shipping arrangements.

7. Product Condition for Returns

Returned products should be unused and in their original condition, with original tags, packaging and other accompanying materials wherever applicable.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery or returned without required accompanying materials may not qualify for a return or exchange, subject to applicable law.
