  • Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Products and Authenticity

  • Pushpa’s Fashion House specializes in trendy, budget-friendly ethnic wear, including kurtis, silk wear, cotton wear, co-ord sets, Assamese gamcha kurtis, and Manipuri tussar silk.

  • We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to digital screen variations and lighting during photography/live sales, slight color differences may occur.

3. Live Sales and Booking Policy

  • We conduct regular live shopping sales across our social media platforms.

  • Items showcased during live sales are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • To secure your order from a live sale or standard listing, you must contact our official booking team via WhatsApp or call at 9874036410.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is verified.

4. Payment Terms

  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • We accept standard secure payment modes, including UPI, bank transfers, and digital wallets.

  • Any transaction fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We operate out of Kolkata, West Bengal, and offer shipping across India.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on your location. Estimated shipping dates will be provided at the time of your order confirmation.

  • Pushpa’s Fashion House is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party courier services, natural disasters, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Opening Video Policy: To protect both parties against any rare transit damages or wrong items, customers must record an unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package. We cannot process claims for missing or damaged items without a valid opening video.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at 9874036410 within [Insert Number, e.g., 24 or 48] hours of delivery.

  • Due to the budget-friendly and exclusive nature of our collections, we do not accept returns or exchanges for minor thread variations or personal preference changes regarding fit/color.
