2. Products and Product Information
Pushpa Fashion House offers women’s ethnic and contemporary wear, including kurtis, kurti sets, co-ord sets, dresses and handloom and handcrafted collections.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, textures and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings.
Handloom and handcrafted products may also have natural variations in weave, texture, print or finish. Such characteristics are part of the nature of these products and may not be considered defects.
3. Website and Live Sales
We may showcase products through our website, social media pages and live sales.
Products offered during live sales or other promotional activities are subject to availability and may be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

An order is considered confirmed once payment and order details have been successfully verified.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Pushpa Fashion House operates from Kolkata, West Bengal, India, and currently ships orders across India.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service and other circumstances. Estimated delivery information will be provided where available.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, natural events or incorrect/incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
6. Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Orders may generally be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns or exchanges may be considered for eligible cases such as:
- A product arriving with significant physical damage or a verified manufacturing defect.
- A product, colour or size being different from the product ordered.
Customers are encouraged to record a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label and the product while it is being opened. This video may be requested when reviewing claims relating to damage, missing items or incorrect products.
