Yes! While live sale items sell out fast, you can always send a message to our WhatsApp team to check if a specific piece is still available or if a collection has been restocked.

We accept secure digital payment methods, including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) and direct Bank Transfers. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this moment to keep our prices as budget-friendly as possible.

We operate out of Kolkata, West Bengal, and proudly ship our ethnic wear collections pan-India to almost every state.

Once your payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location, but packages generally arrive within 5 to 7 business days across India.

Because we offer premium quality fashion at highly budget-friendly prices, we only accept returns or exchanges if you receive a physically damaged product or the wrong item/size entirely. We do not accept returns for minor thread variations, personal color preferences, or a change of mind

To protect both you and our business against rare shipping issues, you must record a continuous, unedited video of yourself opening the courier package. The video must start before the sealed bag is opened and clearly show the shipping label. Without this video, we cannot process any damage or shortage claims under any circumstances.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility. Once a tracking number is generated and the package leaves our hub, the order cannot be cancelled or recalled.
