Many of our pieces are handloom, handcrafted, or artisan-inspired. Because of this, minor variations in colour, weave, texture, or print are natural and part of the craft — not defects.

Yes, orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been handed to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible. Contact us on WhatsApp or call 098740 36410 as soon as possible.

Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong product, colour, or size. Requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery, with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and photos/videos.

No — we recommend checking size details carefully before ordering, as we generally don’t accept returns for personal fit preference or change of mind.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Yes — our showroom is in Kolkata, West Bengal, at 21A, P. Majumdar Road, Malancha Apartment. You’re welcome to visit and see the collection in person.
